You can leverage your WAN, LAN, WLAN, Security and IP Telephony skills in high volume, high complexity production environments to manage our customers networks. In this role you will be working to support customers who've outsourced the management of their IT infrastructure to HP.
Requierements:
•Cisco Certificatified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience / studies
•Bachelor or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
•High English level (80% at CEPT)
•1 to 3 years experience in supporting a broad range of network technologies: routers, switches and WAN links
•Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivator, ability to analyze and solve problems, sound decision making skills, Team Player, Self disciplined, Adaptability, Commitment to quality.
•Experience with HP ProCurve Checkpoint firewall and Nortel products is a plus
•CCNP and ITIL certifications are a plus.
