TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (TSR)
Qualifications:
• The candidate must be capable of organizing and extensively communicating within Dell and with Dell''s customers.
• Models effective team behavior.
• The individual in this position must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent, Master or Post graduate Degree is a plus (MIS, Engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of Technical Sales or related experience, and 3-5 years of technical experience preferred.
• Drive for results through others
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of organizing and extensively communicating with the company and its customers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
• Strong organizational and planning skills are essential.
• Ability to drive consistent results of others
• Outstanding command skills
• Must be able to determine performance gaps and coach to those gaps.
• Must be able to motivate to different individuals and personalities.
