Application:
To work in a Market Unit located in Panama, supporting all the countries in Central America and Caribbean.

Responsibilities:
To work on behalf the line manager on Resource Allocation within projects, handling resource requests according to the company procedures. The main purpose of the role is to support the local organization searching for resources across the different countries within own region and America mainly, before start looking within other regions.
The Global Resource Manager is responsible for advising the Resource Owners and Customer Project Managers on allocation issues and encourage the usage of the tools properly, verifying the quality of the requests and fulfill them according to target measurements, and reporting any possible deviations regarding the process throughout the organization.
To initiate improvement activities to secure resources allocation to projects.
