Customer Care Claims Specialist

Education/Experience:

· Bachelors degree required

· Minimum 1 years work experience in data management/analysis

· Experience in assessing, planning and executing training plans.

· Certified Greenbelt preferred or practical knowledge of PEX methodology



Skills:

· Advanced PC skills required in Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.

· Mid-Advanced knowledge of Business Objects.

· Capable of adjusting priorities in accordance with the ever-changing business needs and delivering results within the required time frame.

· System thinking to understand potential impact over team performance at short and mead term

· Very strong analytical skill set and ability to review complex problems and provide solutions.

· Creative mindset to challenge status quo continuously
